  • Bei Patienten mit akuter spontaner intrazerebraler Blutung sollte der systolische Blutdruck möglichst innerhalb von 2 h nach Beginn der Blutung auf Werte kleiner oder gleich 140 mm Hg, jedoch nicht unter 110 mm Hg gesenkt werden. Die maximale systolische Blutdrucksenkung sollte 90 mm Hg nicht überschreiten.
