Hormondiagnostik mit Chemilumineszenz

Zusammenfassung

Chemilumineszenzmethoden sind heutzutage aus den modernen labormedizinischen, biochemischen und molekularbiologischen Laboratorien nicht mehr wegzudenken. Ein Hauptanwendungsgebiet stellt die immunologische Hormondiagnostik dar, insbesondere in niedrigen Konzentrationsbereichen. Die hochentwickelte und sehr empfindliche Photonenmesstechnik kommt der Entwicklung extrem sensibler Immunoassays zu Gute. Ausgehend von einigen Grundlagen der Chemilumineszenz werden insbesondere moderne Applikationen auf dem Gebiet der Immunoassays bis hin zur Entwicklung vollautomatischer Gerätesysteme besprochen. Die Umweltfreundlichkeit und große Anwendungsbreite dieser Technologie favorisiert sie für zukünftige Entwicklungen.
