Hypnotische Kommunikation mit Notfallpatienten

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem Unfall oder medizinischen Notfall ist zu berücksichtigen, dass Menschen in Extremsituationen sich oft in einem natürlichen Trance-Zustand und einer hochsuggestiblen Verfassung befinden. Studien zeigen, dass mit einer Abschirmung von der Menge, einer Vermeidung unpassender Konversation und einem einfachen Text mit Positivsuggestionen eine deutliche Verbesserung im Outcome nach Unfällen erreicht wurde. Eine entsprechende Kommunikation mit Unfallopfern soll die eigentliche, notfallmedizinische Versorgung in keinem Fall behindern oder unterbrechen, vielmehr wirkungsvoll unterstützen. Dabei spielt schon der Schutz vor Negativ-Suggestionen durch unbedachte Äußerungen eine wichtige Rolle. Ein vertrauensvolles Kommunikationsverhältnis, ein Rapport, ist aufzubauen, unabhängig von einer vermeintlichen Bewusstlosigkeit des Patienten, basierend auf Ernsthaftigkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Respekt. Der Patient sollte dort abgeholt werden, wo er sich innerlich befindet, um im Sinne von Mitgehen und Führen zunehmend kleine Schritte in Gang zu setzen und wahrnehmbar zu machen. Mit Suggestionen, die eher bildhaft als abstrakt, eher indirekt und permissiv als autoritär und direktiv sein sollten, werden dabei im Patienten unbewusste Suchprozesse angeregt und innere Ressourcen aktiviert, wodurch der Patient aus der lähmenden Passivität und seinem Ausgeliefertsein herauskommt und durch Aktivität und Bestätigung Selbstkontrolle und Selbstvertrauen wiedererlangt.
