Perioperative pulmonale Komplikationen in der Thoraxchirurgie

Zusammenfassung

Pulmonale Komplikationen sind immer noch die relevanteste Ursache für die postoperative Morbidität und auch Letalität von Patienten nach thoraxchirurgischen Eingriffen. Aufgrund ihrer vielfältigen Erscheinungsformen und ihrer mitunter großen Dynamik erfordert ihre frühzeitige Erkennung und Behandlung eine enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit der an der Behandlung der Patienten beteiligten Fachdisziplinen Pneumologie, Thoraxchirurgie und Anästhesiologie. In dieser Übersichtsarbeit werden Pathophysiologie, Diagnostik und Therapie der klinisch relevantesten intraoperativen und früh bzw. spät postoperativen pulmonalen Komplikationen zusammengefasst.
