Zusammenfassung

Alle gängigen Techniken der arthroskopischen und offenen Schulterstabilisierung werden in diesem Kapitel Schritt für Schritt erläutert. Neben der arthroskopischen vorderen, hinteren und multidirektionalen Schulterstabilisierung wird die arthroskopische Behandlung von SLAP-Läsionen, Behandlungsstrategien des posterosuperioren Impingements, die Rekonstruktion von Glenoiddefekten, J-Span-Rekonstruktion, Korakoidtransfer nach Latarjet, die Open-wedge-Glenoid-Osteotomie und die Behandlung von knöchernen Bankart-Läsionen/Glenoidfrakturen abgehandelt.
