Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über ein 2 Tage altes, neugeborenes Mädchen mit herpetiform angeordneten Pusteln in disseminierter Verteilung. Es wird die Wichtigkeit einer ausführlichen Diagnostik bei Neugeborenen mit pustulösen Hautveränderungen herausgestellt, um die Differenzialdiagnosen Incontinentia pigmenti und einer kongenitalen Herpesinfektion abzugrenzen.
