In a retrospective study of 34 patients, two patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed allergic reaction during treatment with infliximab for paediatric inflammatory bowel disease (pIBD). The patients, who had pIBD, started receiving treatment with infliximab 5 mg/kg, 8 weekly [route not stated]. Additionally, these patients were receiving azathioprine concomitantly. However, both the patients developed allergic reaction to infliximab [durations of treatments to reaction onset not stated]. Therefore, the infliximab treatment was switched to adalimumab [outcomes not stated]. …
