Zusammenfassung

Interstitielle Lungenerkrankungen finden sich häufig bei Vaskulitiden und Kollagenosen. Bei den Vaskulitiden führen die Kleingefäßvaskulitiden zu einer Beteiligung des Lungenparenchyms. Dominierend sind die ANCA-assoziierten Formen wie die Wegener-Granulomatose. Neben den Kollagenosen kann auch die rheumatoide Arthritis zu interstitiellen Lungenveränderungen führen. Immunserologie, Lungenfunktion und Messung der Diffusionskapazität, Blutgasanalyse, Röntgen und Computertomographie des Thorax sowie Bronchoskopie mit Biopsie und bronchoalveolärer Lavage sind für die diagnostische Einordnung der interstitiellen Veränderungen hilfreich. Der vorliegende Artikel gibt eine Übersicht über die verschiedenen Formen und radiologischen Muster der interstitiellen Lungenerkrankungen im Rahmen von Vaskulitiden, der rheumatoiden Arthritis und Kollagenosen sowie die therapeutischen Optionen.
