Psoriasis intertriginosa

Zusammenfassung

Bei der Psoriasis intertriginosa handelt es sich um eine Variante der Psoriasis vulgaris, die mit entzündlichen Läsionen in den intertriginösen Arealen einhergeht und aufgrund von Stigmatisierung, Scham und daraus resultierenden sozialen Ängsten mit einer besonders hohen psychischen Belastung vergesellschaftet ist. Prävalenzzahlen variieren je nach Definition, bezüglich der bislang kein allgemeiner Konsens herrscht. Aufgrund der besonderen anatomischen Lokalisation stellt die optimale Patientenversorgung eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Neben topischer Therapie mit Glukokortikosteroiden und Calcineurininhibitoren im Off-Label-Use liegen für die systemische Behandlung vielversprechende Daten zur Behandlung mit dem IL(Interleukin)-17A-Antikörper Ixekizumab vor.
