Intrasklerale Haptikfixation von Intraokularlinsen

Zusammenfassung

Bei fehlendem oder insuffizientem Kapselsupport stellt die intrasklerale Haptikfixation nach Scharioth ein standardisiertes und sicheres Verfahren zur dauerhaften Fixation einer Intraokularlinse dar. Die chirurgische Technik wird erläutert. Bisherige Ergebnisse belegen die geringe Komplikationsrate dieser Technik und das Fehlen von Kontraindikationen.
