Spastische Hemiparesen sind ein häufiges klinisches Bild nach Schlaganfall. Das verzögerte Auftreten einer schweren Spastik führt in vielen Fällen zu einer erschwerten Rehabilitation und verschlechtert die vorhandenen neurologischen Defizite und verbliebenen motorischen Fähigkeiten auch durch das Auftreten spastikinduzierter Schmerzen [ 5]. …
