Bei Patienten mit Angina pectoris und/oder Ischämienachweis sowie unauffälliger Koronarangiografie kommt differenzialdiagnostisch eine koronare mikrovaskuläre Dysfunktion in Betracht. Neben nicht invasiven Untersuchungen liefert eine führungsdrahtbasierte invasive Diagnostik präzise Ergebnisse, die eine individualisierte antianginöse Therapie ermöglichen. Neben einer Behandlung der kardiovaskulären Risikofaktoren gehören Betablocker, Kalziumkanalblocker und Nitrate zu den Therapieoptionen. …
