7. Kardiopulmonale Reanimation

Zusammenfassung

Die kardiopulmonale Reanimation (CPR) stellt die zu beherrschende Basismaßnahme in der Notfall- und Intensivmedizin dar. Parallel zur CPR sollte die Notfallsonographie integriert werden, um reversible Ursachen des Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstandes nachzuweisen bzw. auszuschließen. Das Management der Postreanimationsphase nach ROSC („return of spontaneous circulation“) nimmt in der Intensivmedizin einen besonderen Stellenwert ein.
