Zusammenfassung

Die Notfalltherapie tachykarder Herzrhythmusstörungen zählt zu den wichtigsten Herausforderungen auf der Intensivstation und im notfallmedizinischen Bereich. Die Vielfalt möglicher Rhythmusstörungen und medikamentöser und elektrischer Behandlungsoptionen erschwert eine schnelle und fundierte Entscheidung. Der folgende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über häufige notfallmedizinisch relevante Herzrhythmusstörungen sowie deren Diagnose und Therapie. Nach einer kurzen Beschreibung klinischer Charakteristika und wichtiger Differenzialdiagnosen folgen jeweils EKG-Merkmale und Therapieansätze.
