Zusammenfassung

In der Praxis niedergelassener Urologen müssen täglich in einem zumutbaren Zeitrahmen Entscheidungen getroffen und die Verantwortung für diese „getragen“ werden. Während man bei zahlreichen angeborenen Fehlbildungen und kinderurologischen Erkrankungen gut beraten ist, aufgrund ihrer Komplexität einen ausgewiesenen Spezialisten zu konsultieren, gibt es häufige Fragestellungen, zu denen jeder Urologe auf der Höhe der Zeit sein sollte.
