Wenigstens ein Drittel aller Säuglinge und Kleinkinder erkranken in den ersten drei Lebensjahren an einer Atemwegsinfektion mit Zeichen der Obstruktion, d. h. an einer obstruktiven Bronchitis. Spätestens bei der dritten Bronchitis stellt sich die Frage, ob bei diesem Kind ein Asthma bronchiale vorliegt und wie das beste therapeutische Vorgehen ist. …
