Zu den myeloproliferativen Neoplasien (MPN) gehören die chronische myeloische Leukämie (BCR-ABL-positiv, CML), die Polycythaemia vera (PV), die primäre Myelofibrose (PMF), die essenzielle Thrombozythämie (ET), die chronische Eosinophilenleukämie (CEL) und die chronische Neutrophilenleukämie (CNL). Diagnose und Klassifikation der MPN erfordern die Kombination von klinischen, morphologischen und molekularpathologischen Befunden. …
