Zusammenfassung

Systemische autoinflammatorische Erkrankungen sind gekennzeichnet durch eine über die angeborene Immunität vermittelte spontan ablaufende chronische Entzündungsreaktion, die sich an vielen Organsystemen und insbesondere auch an der Haut manifestiert. Die Diagnostik bleibt trotz neuer molekulargenetischer Verfahren eine Herausforderung, jedoch ist eine frühe Diagnosestellung zur Prävention von Langzeitkomplikationen, wie z. B. der Amyloidose, entscheidend. Hautmanifestationen sind oft früh im Krankheitsverlauf zu beobachten und können bei der Diagnosestellung entscheidend sein.
