Systematisches Vorgehen bei der regenerativen Parodontalchirurgie

Zusammenfassung

Für eine erfolgreiche, vorhersagbare regenerative Parodontalchirurgie ist die Berücksichtigung sowohl von patientenbezogenen Faktoren als auch von defektbezogenen Faktoren unabdingbar. Bei der Defektanatomie entscheiden Defekttiefe, Defektwinkel und die Anzahl der Defektwände nicht nur über die Prognose, sondern auch über die Auswahl des richtigen Biomaterials. Bei der Auswahl der Schnittführung sind Defektlokalisation und die Breite der interdentalen Weichgewebsbrücke zu beachten. Im Beitrag wird systematisch das Vorgehen in Bezug auf Diagnostik, Auswahl der Biomaterialien, Schnittführung, Nachsorge und bei Komplikationen erläutert und anhand von Entscheidungsbäumen dargestellt.
