Zusammenfassung

Genetische Faktoren scheinen bei der Entstehung eines Morbus Ledderhose eine gewisse Rolle zu spielen. Zur Epidemiologie ist wenig bekannt. Die Diagnose wird meist klinisch gestellt, eine Sonografie kann die Diagnose sichern. Neben einer Strahlentherapie kann bei entsprechend strenger Indikationsstellung operiert werden.
