Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie des metastasierten kolorektalen Karzinoms (mKRK) hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren durch neue Strategien wie die Resektion von Leber- und/oder Lungenmetastasen, Induktions- und Erhaltungstherapien, die Etablierung von zielgerichteten Therapien („targeted therapies“) und molekulare Therapiestrategien für definierte Subgruppen erheblich erweitert und relevant verbessert. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt evidenzbasierte Therapieoptionen und Algorithmen mit Fokus auf die Systemtherapie dar.
