Zusammenfassung

Man unterscheidet aktuell 228 Formen von Kopfschmerz, unterteilt in 14 Unterkapitel. Ein sehr großer Anteil an Kopfschmerzen kann alleine durch ein ausführliches Anamnese-Gespräch diagnostiziert oder in Richtung einer bestimmten Kopfschmerzform eingeengt werden. Bei neuen Symptomen oder Veränderung bestehender Symptome muss auch bei jahrelanger Kopfschmerzanamnese eine neuerliche Diagnostik durchgeführt werden! Von größter Bedeutung ist die Differenzierung zwischen primären und sekundären Kopfschmerzen.
