Die myokardiale Revaskularisierung ist wesentlicher Baustein der Behandlung der koronaren Herzerkrankung. Bei Patienten mit akutem Myokardinfarkt ist eine umgehende Revaskularisierung mittels perkutaner Koronarintervention indiziert. Bei Patienten mit stabilem Krankheitsverlauf sollten sowohl nicht invasive als auch invasive Untersuchungen, sowie patientenbezogene und anatomische Charakteristika berücksichtigt werden, um beim Vorliegen von Koronarstenosen über die optimale Revaskularisierungsstrategie zu befinden. …
