Zusammenfassung

Unter den Paraneoplasien sind Dermatosen nach den endokrinen Syndromen die zweithäufigsten tumorassoziierten Entitäten. Sie können das erste Anzeichen einer Neoplasie darstellen oder im Laufe bereits bekannter Erkrankungen auftreten. Die Diagnose einiger dieser Dermatosen impliziert immer das Vorhandensein einer inneren Neoplasie. Dies ist der Fall bei sogenannten obligaten paraneoplastischen Dermatosen. Andere Erkrankungen können bei einem variablen Prozentsatz der Patienten Teil eines paraneoplastischen Syndroms sein.
