Für die Therapie des hepatozellulären Karzinoms (HCC) stehen zahlreiche unterschiedliche Optionen zur Verfügung, die in Abhängigkeit des Tumorstadiums und der Leberfunktion nach interdisziplinärer Empfehlung Anwendung finden. Neue Aspekte in der Therapie des HCC mit begleitender Leberzirrhose betreffen sowohl chirurgische, interventionelle als auch medikamentöse Verfahren.
