Der transjuguläre intrahepatische portosystemische Shunt (TIPS) hat sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten zu einem wichtigen Therapiebaustein der dekompensierten Leberzirrhose entwickelt. Dabei sind strenge Indikationsstellung, Beachtung von Kontraindikationen und Zeitpunkt für eine TIPS-Anlage entscheidend für ein optimales Ergebnis nach der Intervention. …
