Thorakaler Diskusprolaps – oft falsch eingeschätzt?

Ein 54-jähriger Mann klagt seit zehn Monaten über wechselnde Schmerzen, die teilweise im Bereich des medialen Schulterblattrandes beginnen und nach kranial ausstrahlen. Seltener breiten sich die Schmerzen auch nach kaudal entlang der Wirbelsäule aus. Ringförmige thorakale oder einseitige radikuläre Schmerzen werden verneint. Durch Reklination des Kopfes können zeitweise Schmerzen am linken unteren Schulterrand provoziert werden. Sensibilitätsstörungen oder motorische Störungen seien nicht aufgefallen. …
