I was very interested to read the article by Zhao et al. [
1] entitled “Hip dysplasia with greater pelvic obliquity in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis”. While I congratulate the authors of this clinically important study regarding the higher incidence of hip dysplasia in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) and its more frequent accompaniment with AIS, I have an important statement and comments regarding the research to further develop this important article. …
