We read with great interest the study by Ünlü et al. [1] and wish to congratulate the authors for the enormous effort involved in carrying out this clinical trial on the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma injections in patients with adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder. However, we would like to raise a few observations about the interpretation of the study results. …
