Zusammenfassung

Am Beispiel der Lichturtikaria wird gezeigt, welche Möglichkeiten der Diagnostik von seltenen Lichtdermatosen zur Verfügung stehen und wie den Patienten durch Prophylaxe und Therapie geholfen werden kann. Die Wahrnehmung dieser Aufgaben erfordert Spezialkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung, verbunden mit einem besonderen apparativen und personellen Aufwand. Deshalb wurde eine Liste der deutschsprachigen Hautkliniken mit photodiagnostischem Schwerpunkt sowie der verantwortlichen Ansprechpartner zusammengestellt.
