Zusammenfassung
Die Synovialitis des Hüftgelenkes, die trotz medicamentöser und intensiver physiotherapeutischer Behandlung therapierefraktär bleibt und zur zunehmenden Destruktion des Hüftgelenkes führt, stellt in der Behandlung der verschiedenen Formen der juvenilen chronischen Arthritis ein großes Problem dar. Die Indikation und die Ergebnisse werden in der internationalen und deutschen Literatur unterschiedliehst gewertet [1, 3, 5, 9].
