Summary
A case of an ulcerated exophytic squamous cell carcinoma of the lower lip and part of the upper lip in an 86-year-old female is reported. Tumor excision and primary reconstruction were performed with the myocutaneous platysma transposition flap. There was no tumor recurrence or metastasis two years after surgery.
