Summary
Calcific tendinitis is one of the possible causes of the so called Scapulohu meral Periarthritis. The authors discuss significance and possible therapeutic measures of Calcific tendinitis in the light of the world's literature and their personal experience.
Zusammenfassung
Der Sammelbegriff der sogenannten Periarthritis humeroscapularis (PHS) bedarf, soll eine gezielte Therapie durchgeführt werden, der Entfächerung.
Die Tendinitis calcarea der Rotatorenmanschette ist eine der pathologisch-anatomischen Veränderungen, die zum Bild der PHS führen kann. Ihre Bedeutung ist noch zu wenig bekannt, vor allem aber bestehen viele Unklarheiten in bezug auf die beste Therapie. Diese Probleme werden im Lichte der Angaben der Weltliteratur und der eigenen Erfahrungen abgehandelt.
Wenn auch beinahe in 90% die Therapie der Verkalkung konservativ bleibt, sollte in Kenntnis der spontanen Entwicklung der Tendinitis calcarea häufiger eine chirurgische Entfernung des Kalkherdes in Betracht gezogen werden. Die Ergebnisse sind gut, insbesondere wenn man bedenkt, daß es sich um Fälle handelt, bei denen die bisherige langdauernde, konservative Therapie erfolglos war.
