Die Behandlung des instabilen Kniegelenkes mit Achsenfehlstellung durch die intraligamentäre Anhebe-Tibiaosteotomie

Summary

High open-wedge osteotomy of the tibial condyles has proved its value in the treatment of the unstable knee with varum, valgum or recurvatum deformity. It permits the simultaneous correction of axial deviation and ligamentous laxity. Results of 17 operations with an average follow-up of $3{\raise0.5ex\hbox{$\scriptstyle 1$}\kern-0.1em/\kern-0.15em\lower0.25ex\hbox{$\scriptstyle 2$}}$ years are reported. The criteria of indication for the procedure are developed on the basis of this analysis.

Zusammenfassung

In der Behandlung eines deutlich instabilen Genu varum, valgum oder recurvatum hat sich ein intraligamentäres Anheben des Tibiaplateaus bewährt. Gleichzeitig mit der Beinachsenkorrektur läßt sich dadurch auch die notwendige Bänderstraffung erzielen. Es werden Ergebnisse nach 17 solchen Osteotomien mit einer durchschnittlichen Beobachtungszeit von $3{\raise0.5ex\hbox{$\scriptstyle 1$}\kern-0.1em/\kern-0.15em\lower0.25ex\hbox{$\scriptstyle 2$}}$ Jahren analysiert und die Kriterien für ihre Indikationsstellung ausgearbeitet.
