Xanthogranulomatous colloid cyst of the third ventricle

Summary

This is a case report of a xanthogranulomatous colloid cyst of the 3rd ventricle. Posible etiologies for this rare entiry, along with the clinical problems that may be associated with it, and the differential diagnosis are discussed.
