Ankylosing spondylitis presenting as spondylodiscitis

Summary

Spondylopathy is a relatively common finding in advanced ankylosing spondylitis (AS). However noninfectious spondylodiscitis as an early manifestation of AS seems to be exceptional. In this article, we present such a case in an adolescent.
