Operationsprinzip

Überbrückung ausgedehnter Knochendefekte von etwa 6 bis 28 cm.

In der Empfängerregion wird die Knochenresektion im gesunden, vitalen Knochengewebe durchgeführt; anschließend Freilegung der Anschlußgefäße.

Hebung des freien, gefäßgestielten Fibulatransplantates in mikrochirurgischer Technik.

Osteosynthese des Fibulatransplantates und Anastomosierung der Arteria peronaea und Venae peronaeae im Empfängergebiet.
