Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung eines vollständigen plastischen Ersatzes des vorderen Kreuzbandes mit Hilfe eines durch ein Bohrloch der Tibia ins Kniegelenk geleiteten, in der Höhe des Bohrloches gestielten Faszienlappens, der unter Spannung am hinteren Kreuzband in der Nähe dessen femoralen Umsatzes befestigt wird. Vollkommene Wiederherstellung.
