Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) is categorized as unclassified cardiomyopathy by the American and European Heart Association [
1]. Per definition, TTS is a reversible condition triggered by stress. Occasionally, akinesia/hypokinesia in TTS may favor intraventricular thrombus formation [
