Endolymphatischer Hydrops in der Bildgebung

Zusammenfassung

Der Morbus Menière, das idiopathische Syndrom des endolymphatischen Hydrops, erweist sich hinsichtlich Diagnose und Therapie noch immer als problematisch. Den bedeutendsten Fortschritt in der Diagnostik stellt die Visualisierung des endolymphatischen Hydrops am lebenden Patienten mittels Magnetresonanztomografie dar.
