Antidote in der klinischen Toxikologie

Zusammenfassung

In dieser Übersicht sollen diejenigen Antidote und deren klinische Pharmakologie beschrieben werden, die in der gegenwärtig praktizierten klinischen Toxikologie aufgrund ihrer nachgewiesenen Wirksamkeit unter entsprechenden Indikationen einen etablierten Stellenwert in der Behandlung gewisser bedrohlicher Vergiftungen besitzen. Für die sachgemäße zielführende und rationelle Anwendung eines Antidots ist die Kenntnis seiner pharmakologischen Grundlagen erforderlich, weshalb dieser Aspekt hier im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtungen steht. Als Grundlage werden aktuelle Literaturdaten herangezogen. Es sollen aber auch bisher gesammelte Erfahrungen über mögliche unerwünschte Wirkungen erwähnt werden, um diese in die therapeutischen Überlegungen einbeziehen zu können. Die jeweilige Posologie der Antidote ist Gegenstand verschiedener anderer Übersichtsarbeiten und wird in dieser Synopsis nicht berücksichtigt.
