Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Es gibt eine Gruppe seltener, sporadisch auftretender Tremorsyndrome, die nur zum Teil von der aktuellen Tremorklassifikation berücksichtigt werden. Diese Syndrome zu kennen, ist häufig von diagnostischer und therapeutischer Relevanz und sie sollten bei der Differenzialdiagnose der häufigen Tremores berücksichtigt werden.

Fragestellung

Differenzialdiagnostik und Therapie seltener sporadisch auftretender Tremorsyndrome.

Material und Methoden

Literaturrecherche (PubMed, Google Scholar).

Ergebnisse

Es werden Holmes-Tremor, Myorhythmie, Gaumensegeltremor, Limb-shaking-TIA (transiente ischämische Attacke), tardiver Tremor, Tremor nach peripherer Gewebeverletzung, neuropathischer Tremor und die orthostatischen Tremorsyndrome dargestellt.

Schlussfolgerungen

Sporadisch auftretende seltene Tremorsyndrome sind im Allgemeinen symptomatisch bedingt bei unterschiedlichsten neurologischen und systemischen Grunderkrankungen. Sie zu kennen, spart diagnostische Umwege und ist von therapeutischer Relevanz.
