Zusammenfassung

Eine 54-jährige Patientin stellt sich mit einer größenprogredienten Schwellung des rechten Schulterblatts sowie bewegungsabhängigen Schmerzen vor. Als Vorerkrankungen sind ein polyglanduläres Autoimmunsyndrom sowie eine lumbale Bandscheibendegeneration bekannt. In der MRT-Diagnostik zeigt sich eine bilaterale, scharf begrenzte muskelisointense Raumforderung zwischen Skapula, Thoraxwand und -muskulatur mit flächigem Kontrastmittelenhancement. Der Befund entspricht einem Elastofibroma dorsi, eine seltene, meist bilateral auftretende benigne mesenchymale Raumforderung.
