Urethrale Condylomata acuminata

Zusammenfassung

Der isolierte Befall der männlichen Urethra durch eine Condylomata acuminata ist ein seltenes Krankheitsbild. Differentialdiagnostisch sollte diese jedoch bei entsprechender Symptomatik v. a. im Falle einer vorliegenden Immunsuppression in Betracht gezogen werden. Die Diagnosestellung erfolgt zunächst durch eine Inspektion des Meatus sowie einer anschließenden Zystoskopie. Eine Kaltbiopsie kann der histologischen Sicherung dienen. Therapeutisch empfiehlt sich primär ein konservativer Therapieversuch mittels topischer Applikation des Immunmodulators Imiquimod. Bei Persistenz der Befunde über 4–8 Wochen sollte eine chirurgische Sanierung der Kondylome mittels Nd:YAG-Laser („neodymium:yttrium-aluminum garnet“) unter Fortführung der Imiquimod-Anwendung von bis zu 16 Wochen durchgeführt werden.
