Die Diskussion über die Ausbildungssituation des urologischen Nachwuchses ist aktueller denn je. Vor dem Hintergrund wachsender Anforderungen an die medizinische Versorgung durch den demographischen Wandel und (trotz) des allgegenwärtigen Druckes zum wirtschaftlichen Arbeiten ist eine qualifizierte urologische Ausbildung dringend notwendig. Um diese sicherzustellen, sind neue, nachhaltige Konzepte gefragt. Das in diesem Jahr erstmals durchgeführte GeSRU Endo-Training soll hierzu einen Beitrag leisten. …
