Inverse Schulterendoprothetik bei Frakturfolgezuständen

Zusammenfassung

Posttraumatische Folgezustände des proximalen Humerus stellen eine äußerst heterogene Pathologie mit in schweren Fällen häufig assoziierten Weichteilkontrakturen, ossären Defektsituationen und Rotatorenmanschetteninsuffizienzen dar, die zu einer statischen Dezentrierung des Humeruskopfs führen können. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Möglichkeiten und ersten Ergebnisse der inversen Schulterendoprothetik zur Versorgung dieses komplexen Verletzungsmusters aufzuzeigen.
