Zusammenfassung

Die Hüftarthroskopie stellt einen wichtigen Baustein der Therapie von Hüftgelenkerkrankungen dar und ist aus der modernen Hüftchirurgie nicht mehr wegzudenken. Dieser Beitrag liefert eine Übersicht der technischen Grundlagen, häufigsten Indikationen sowie Komplikationen der Hüftarthroskopie. Aktuelle Entwicklungen werden erörtert, und die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der arthroskopischen Technik werden aufgezeigt.
