Fetus-in-fetu is a rare and interesting entity that typically presents in infancy or early childhood. We report a case of fetus-in-fetu, which presented with a suspected differential diagnosis of Wilm’s tumor or neuroblastomas. Current imaging modalities especially CT scan and MRI may allow accurate diagnosis of the condition before surgery and help surgeons for preoperative planning. We successfully made the diagnosis on imaging, and that was confirmed on histopathological examination. Complete excision is curative and allows confirmation of the diagnosis. We have reviewed the literature and histogenesis and its differential diagnosis. …
