Zusammenfassung

Klinisches Risikomanagement ist eine etablierte Methode der qualitätsgesicherten somatischen Medizin. Demgegenüber ist eine konsequente und systematisierte Fehlerdebatte in der psychotherapeutischen Medizin kaum zu finden. Aktuelle Entwicklungen legen es nahe, Prozeduren der Fehlerminimierung und Patientensicherheit aus der Mitte des Faches heraus und vor dem Hintergrund eines klinischen Risikomanagements zu entwickeln.
