Zusammenfassung

Leydig-Zell-, Sertoli-Zell- und Granulosazelltumoren werden nach der WHO-Klassifikation in die Gruppe der Keimstranggonadenstromatumoren eingeteilt. Am häufigsten treten diese Tumoren sporadisch auf, können aber selten mit Syndromen assoziiert sein. Diese Tumorentitäten zeigen charakteristische morphologische Veränderungen, die in Kombination mit immunhistochemischen Markern die Diagnose erleichtern. Neueste molekularpathologische Ergebnisse, insbesondere Mutationsanalysen zu β-Catenin, erlauben zudem eine bessere Kategorisierung dieser Tumorentitäten.
